Charlotte Flair Looks Back At Her First WrestleMania

The current WWE SmackDown Women's champion Charlotte Flair who is also a 12 times WWE Women's champion and a former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion recently talked about her current WWE SmackDown Women's Championship reign.

Charlotte Flair did not really win her latest SmackDown Women's Championship but she got it handed over. She was the WWE Raw Women's champion when she was on Monday Night RAW. She was having feud with Rhea Ripley and Nikki ASH for the Championship when she was on RAW.

At the SummerSlam pay per view event, WWE triple threat match including all three mentioned women where the WWE Raw Women's Championship on the line. Nikki ASH was holding the title back then. Charlotte Flair won the WWE Raw Women's Championship in this match and did not lose the title ever after.

Later at the WWE Draft, Charlotte Flair and the then WWE SmackDown Women's champion Becky Lynch exchanged brands. While changing brands they exchanged their Championships as well. So they actually want their current titles without even winning them in any kind of match.

Since getting the Championship, Flair did not drop the title yet. She did not get enough competition on Friday night Smackdown either since there is not enough strength in the women's division of Friday Night Smackdown. But finally at WrestleMania 38 she is going to get some legit competition from the former WWE Raw Women's champion Ronda Rousey.

Charlotte Flair who is also a 12 times WWE Women's champion and a former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion recently spoke to Barstool's Rasslin where she talked about her current WWE SmackDown Women's Championship reign. She said;

'For me, it's like, at WrestleMania 32, I would have never imagined my career getting to here. Now it's like — at [WrestleMania] 32, I was walking down the ramp thinking, 'Oh, my God, don't fall! Do I look this way? Do I look that way? Do I 'Woo!' do I not 'Woo!?' How do I do this? ' Now, it's like I am the main event.'

'I know you're supposed to enjoy the ride, right?' Charlotte said. 'But it's really hard to really sit down and reflect because it's it just feels like yesterday, But I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, how do we go from NXT, to TakeOvers, to the second main event WrestleMania?' Yeah, I don't — it's not like we all get together and sit there and like, 'Yeah, we really changed the game.' I think we're just also competitive by nature. Maybe one day when we all slow down.'
